Prices
The prices indicated on our website include VAT and other applicable taxes. Before confirming your purchase, you will be able to view the total cost, including shipping costs, if applicable.

Product Availability
At Duluva, we make every effort to keep our inventory up-to-date, but occasionally unexpected issues may occur. If the product you selected is unavailable after placing your order, we will inform you promptly.

In the event of a partial cancellation due to inventory shortage, you can choose between accepting partial delivery or returning the shipped products, following our exchange and return policy.

Order Confirmation
Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email confirming the order details. This will begin our shipping process to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Delivery and Shipping
We strive to deliver your orders in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. Please make sure you enter a correct and complete address where we can deliver to you during business hours (8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).

• Delivery Time: Delivery will be made within the estimated timeframe according to our Shipping section, which you can find at www.duluva.nl.

Notifications: We will keep you informed about the status of your order by email.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal
At Duluva, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Therefore, you can exercise your right of withdrawal and return the products within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

• Garments must be unworn, in perfect condition, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  
• For safety and hygiene reasons, returns of panties, tops, and bras are not accepted. This exception is regulated in Article 6:230p(e) of the Dutch Civil Code, which stipulates that products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
  

The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used and may take up to thirty (30) calendar days.

Product Warranty
Our priority is to offer you quality garments. Therefore, all purchases have a thirty (30) day warranty from receipt.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or natural wear and tear. To request it, please contact our customer service team, who will review your case and respond to you within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days.
